SKACD maintains special education records for the students who have been referred to us for evaluation. Certain school records are destroyed a few years after a student exits our programs, while other records are kept indefinitely.

Since 2021, SKACD has utilized an online student record keeping system. We have digitized decades of student files. Former students and parents may now request digital copies of special education records. Requests for special education records must adhere to both local policy and applicable regulations.

Parents, guardians, and ther educational decision makers may request student records by completing this form and faxing or emailing it to our office.
